The images this series were all taken over the last 25+ years with a Yashica Mat twin lens medium format film camera. This camera’s weight, lack of an internal light meter and other limitations, forces me to slow down, be very deliberate, and to carefully select only a few rare moments and scenes from where ever I take it. The camera’s format and unique aesthetic binds this diverse body of work.
